Summary

A businessman is being investigated for extortion so he decides the best way to rid of his problem is to employ the services of a ruthless killer. But when the assassin finishes his job and doesn’t get his payment in full there will be hell to pay… A peaceful small town finds itself being terrorized by enormous rats that have flooded the streets. And when residents find they cannot control the problem they call on the mysterious Pied Piper who claims he can rid of the vermin for a very steep price.
